Terms and
Conditions
- This Get Up & Go
Certificate entitles the recipient to two nights of lodging in a
standard hotel room at one of the locations described (subject to
availability and certain restrictions listed below). Hotel
accommodations will be arranged by Fairfield Communities, Inc. Upon
check-in, hotels will require an imprint of a major credit card to cover
the cost of incidental charges. This Certificate in non-transferable and
may only be used by the original recipient.
- Accommodations are for two
adults 21 years of age or older and up to two children under age 18.
Pets are not allowed.
- This Certificate must be
activated by returning the completed activation form via mail, fax or
online within 45 days of issue date. Reservation requests may be made
upon activation; however, all reservation requests must include a $50
refundable deposit and require 30 days advance notice and are subject to
availability. Please indicate two date choices in order of preference.
Destin and Myrtle Beach accommodations are not available during June,
July and August.
- This Certificate is valid for
twelve (12) months from activation date or not later than December 20,
2003, whichever comes sooner. Travel must be completed before the
expiration date.
- A written confirmation,
including check-in information and directions, will be mailed to you
within 72 hours of your request being confirmed. Do not travel
before receiving written confirmation. YOUR WRITTEN CONFIRMATION AND IDENTIFICATION WILL
BE REQUIRED UPON CHECK-IN AS INSTRUCTED. If Fairfield Communities, Inc.
cannot make your reservations before the expiration date, your $50
deposit will be promptly refunded.
- Written notice of cancellation
or changes to an active reservation must be received at least 8 days
prior to your scheduled arrival date. Failure to cancel or reschedule at
least 8 days prior to arrival or simply not showing will result in
forfeiture of your Certificate and deposit.
- This Certificate is for hotel
accommodations only and does not include transportation, airfare, room
taxes ($2-$17 per night), meals and any other miscellaneous expenses.
Fairfield Communities, Inc. acts only as an agent for hotels and will
not assume any responsibility for any loss, delay, accident, injury or
damage to persons, property or any liability whatsoever arising from or
in conjunction with services provided.
- This offer is not valid where
restricted or prohibited by law. It is not valid for Fairfield
Communities, Inc. Employees or their immediate families. You may not use
this Certificate in conjunction with any other promotional program by
Fairfield Communities, Inc. unless authorized in writing. Only one
Certificate per household per year may be used.
- The approximate retail value of this Certificate is
$80-$470 depending on the location, hotel availability and time of the
year travel.
- You may cancel this contract without any
penalty or obligation within 30 days from the date of purchase or
receipt of this Certificate, which ever occurs later. You may also
cancel this contract if accommodation or facilities are not available
pursuant to a request for use as provided in the contract. If you decide
to cancel, you must notify in writing of your intent to cancel by
returning the Certificate and sending notice to: Fairfield Resorts, 5259
Coconut Creek Parkway, Margate, Florida 33063. No purchaser should rely
upon representation other than those included in this contract.
This contract
is for the purchase of this Certificate and puts all assignees on notice
of the consumer's right to cancel under section 559.933 Florida
statutes. Fairfield Communities, Inc. is registered with the State of
Florida as a Seller of Travel. Registration No. ST-19959. WA UBI #601

- Valid arrival days are
Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays only.
